Hi, I’m Miguel Sánchez. I’m a husband, father, software engineer, and part-time pastor. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve built software across industries and spent more than a decade working alongside healthcare teams who show deep compassion under tremendous pressure.

My father ran a small clinic overseas. No complex regulations, just care. I watched him serve his patients with quiet excellence, and although I didn’t realize it at the time, I was witnessing something profound. The way he practiced medicine, with dignity, compassion, and purpose, left a lasting mark on me. That’s where my deep respect for healthcare began. I see small practice owners the same way, with admiration and a desire to serve those who serve others.

What I’ve seen is this: small practices carry big responsibilities, but they’re often treated like an afterthought by the compliance industry. They’re drowning in regulations, audits, policies, and manual tasks, all while paying enterprise prices without enterprise resources.
